# Upcoming Session Analysis

### Overview

This page is a forward-looking companion to Session Analysis. Instead of reviewing past sessions, it focuses on sessions that are already booked for future dates and includes a revenue growth trend line.

### Upcoming Booked Session Quantity by Date

For each upcoming date and site, this table shows the number of booked session attendees, along with a comparison to the same point last year. It uses the same booking-curve approach found elsewhere in the report, now applied to sessions. This helps the operations team see if upcoming sessions are ahead of or behind last year's pace, which is useful for last-minute staffing or marketing on under-booked dates.

### Revenue YoY-to-Date % Change Over Time

This line chart tracks, day by day and by site, how this year's revenue growth rate compares to the same point last year. It gives a running view of whether growth is accelerating, flattening, or reversing as the year goes on. For management, this chart is useful for spotting trends. Instead of showing just a single total, it highlights whether the growth rate is improving or worsening, which can reveal a slowdown before it appears in the year-to-date total.
