# Sanity Check

### Overview

Use this page to look up a single booking and check that the numbers you see in other parts of the report match the actual transaction data. If something looks wrong elsewhere, you can trace it back here to the raw records for that booking.

### Filters

A Booking ID lookup for Payments and a separate Booking ID lookup for Booked Revenue, plus the standard Site, Product Category, and Season filters.

### Payment Detail

This table shows each [payment](/glossary/calculations/overvue-calculations.md#payments) for a booking by date, along with your running year-to-date total as of that date. If a funds-received number looks wrong elsewhere, you can filter to one booking here and check that its payments add up correctly to the year-to-date total.

### Past Bookings

This table lists [booked revenue](/glossary/calculations/overvue-calculations.md#booked-revenue) by date for a booking's past, already-used dates. Use it to check that revenue for dates that have already happened was recorded correctly. This helps you make sure historical booked-revenue figures elsewhere in the report match the right dates.

### Future Bookings

This table lists [booked revenue](/glossary/calculations/overvue-calculations.md#booked-revenue) by date for a booking's future, not-yet-used dates. Along with the past bookings table, it splits a booking's revenue into what has already been used and what is still pending. This is the same split shown on the Headline Summary page, but here you see it day by day for one booking.

### Booking Volume

This chart shows how many [bookings](/glossary/calculations/overvue-calculations.md#booking) were recorded on each date. Use it to check for data completeness by looking for unexpected gaps or spikes in daily booking volume. These can signal a data-loading problem that might otherwise be mistaken for a real business trend elsewhere in the report.
