### Revenue After Labor

This chart displays your running revenue after labor for the year so far, adding up day by day across the season. It overlays the current and previous season's lines, so you can compare your progress at any point in the calendar. Revenue after labor means your revenue minus your labor spend. Use this chart to see if the gap in profitability compared to last year is getting bigger or smaller as the season goes on, instead of only looking at the final year-to-date total.

### Year to Date

This section displays your revenue after labor so far this season, the same number from this point last season, and the dollar and percentage growth between them. The headline at the top of the page answers, "are we profitable so far?" The day-by-day table and monthly breakdowns below all add up to this number. This gives you a quick way to see if profitability is up or down compared to last year, and by how much.

### Revenue After Labor by Day

This table shows, for every date, your revenue after labor, the same number for that day last year, the dollar and percentage growth between them, and labor spend as a percentage of revenue for that day. It is the most detailed view on this page and helps you find exactly which dates caused a change in profitability, since revenue, labor, and their ratio are all shown together for each row instead of just as a season total.

### Revenue After Labor — Monthly Breakdown

This table shows revenue after labor for every combination of season and month, in a grid you can read directly instead of from a chart. Use this table to find the exact profitability for a month and to see which month contributed most to, or reduced, the season's total.

### Revenue After Labor by Season

This table separates revenue after labor between weekdays and weekends for each season. You can also expand the table to see details by site and day of the week. Use it to check if weekends, which usually have higher revenue but also higher staffing costs, are actually more or less profitable than weekdays. Expand for more detailed breakdowns by site or day of the week.

### Labor % Revenue YTD

This section shows labor spend as a percentage of revenue, year to date, compared with the same ratio at this point last year. It serves as a cost-control check for this page. Read it along with the dollar-figure profitability cards above to see if labor cost as a share of revenue has improved or worsened compared to the same time last year.
