### Overview

This page helps you see if this year's booking pace is ahead of or behind the same point last year, and shows where the year might end up if the current pace continues. Each visual compares this year's progress to the same stage of last year's booking curve, rather than just matching calendar dates.

### Booking Pace vs. Last Year

This section shows the dollar difference between your booked revenue so far this year and last year's booked revenue at the same stage in its booking cycle. It lets you quickly see if your business is ahead of or behind last year's pace, without needing to calculate it from the table below.

### Booked Revenue: Year to Date and Last Year's Total

Here, you can see your booked revenue so far this year next to your total booked revenue from last year. The year-to-date number helps you compare your current progress with other revenue figures in the report. The total from last year shows whether you are on track to beat, match, or fall short of last year's results.

### Projected Revenue This Year

This section uses your current pace growth rate and applies it to last year's total booked revenue. It projects where this year will finish if the current trend continues. This is the main forecast to use when asked how the year is likely to end, and it is based on real booking patterns, not just a simple estimate.

### Pace Detail

This table shows, for each day: your booked revenue, last year's booked revenue at the same stage, last year's total for that day, your dollar and percentage growth compared to last year's pace, and your projected revenue for the year. The "Last Year" column here is a daily comparison, not the full-year total shown above, so don't compare them directly. Use this table to dig deeper if the summary cards above raise questions, such as which days or weeks are causing a shortfall or surplus, and whether the projection is affected by a few unusual days or a broader trend.

### Last Year's Pace Baseline

This card shows last year's booked revenue at the same stage in its booking cycle, so you can quickly see the comparison baseline without opening the detail table.

### Pace Growth Percentage

This section shows your pace gap as a percentage instead of a dollar amount. It tells you how far ahead or behind you are this year, in proportion to last year. This percentage is used to calculate the projected revenue above, so seeing it helps you decide how much to trust that projection.

### Booked Revenue vs. Pace — This Month and Next Month

These two visuals show your booked revenue compared to last year's pace-based goal as a monthly trend. One focuses on the current month and the other on the next month. Looking at both helps you quickly see if you are on track with last year's pace, which is especially useful for planning staffing or marketing before the period starts, not just reviewing past results.
