# Customer Lists & Export

### Overview

This page is designed for practical use, not analysis. It has three simple tables to help you find or export specific customer records: the full customer list, a ranked list of top spenders, and customers with a birthday in the next two weeks.

### Complete Customer List

This is a simple list of customer contact details: name, birth date, email, phone, and ZIP code for every customer in scope. It does not include revenue or booking data. Use this list to pull a mailing list, sync a CRM, or look up customer service info, since all the contact fields are together in one place.

### Top Spenders All Time List

This table ranks customers by how much they have spent over time. It shows each customer's total revenue and number of bookings. This way, you can see customers who made a few big purchases next to those who buy often but spend less each time. Loyalty or VIP programs can use this list directly to find top customers by name and contact info for targeted retention or upsell, without needing a separate revenue report.

### Birthday Next 14 Days

This is a short, time-sensitive list of customers who have a birthday in the next two weeks, along with their contact info and current age. The goal is to help you send a birthday marketing message, like a discount email, card, or special offer, before their birthday. That’s why the list covers a rolling 14-day window instead of a fixed month.
