# Attendance Advanced

### Overview

This page builds on the main Attendance page by adding a season-aware year-to-date comparison and a breakdown of attendance by site and hour. It's designed for users who already know the headline attendance totals and want more detailed, season-aware numbers, or who want to see exactly when and where attendance happens throughout the week.

### Attendance Year to Date (Season-Aware)

This section gives you season-aware year-to-date numbers from the main Attendance page: your attendee count so far this year, your attendee count at the same point last year, last year's total, and year-over-year growth. The attendee count for the year so far here is more accurate than the one on the main Attendance page, so use this for exact numbers. However, the attendee count for the same point last year and the year-over-year growth are not fully reliable right now, so use those figures with caution, just like on the main page.

### Attendance by Site

This table shows attendee counts and last year's counts by date, with a separate column for each site. You can also regroup the data by hour. Use this table to compare attendance patterns and year-over-year changes for each site and day, instead of looking at just one combined total.

### Attendance by Hour

This chart displays attendance by hour for each site, with each day of the week shown as a separate line. It's helpful for staffing, because you can see, for example, if Saturday afternoons always peak at a certain hour at one site. This level of detail helps you schedule more effectively than daily or monthly totals.
