Calculations Used In This Report

* [Average Rating To Date](/glossary/calculations/guest-experience-calculations.md#average-rating-to-date)
* [Number of Reviews](/glossary/calculations/guest-experience-calculations.md#number-of-reviews)

### Top-Rated Site

This card automatically shows which site currently has the highest average rating. It is a quick way to recognize top performance. You can use it to see at a glance which location sets the standard for guest experience.

### Lowest-Rated Site

This card automatically shows which site currently has the lowest average rating. It highlights where you should focus improvement efforts first, so you do not have to search through the whole comparison table.

### Site Performance Over Time

This ribbon chart shows how your sites rank compared to each other each year, based on average rating. The ribbons move to show when one site passes another. This makes it easy to spot changes in ranking. If a site that is usually in the middle suddenly moves up or down, you can see it right away and start a conversation. This view makes it much easier to notice these changes than looking through a table of numbers.

### Reviews by Site

This donut chart shows what percentage of all your reviews comes from each site. It gives you a quick look at where guest feedback is focused. You can easily spot if one location is getting much more or less feedback than you would expect based on its visitor numbers.

### Average Rating by Site

This table shows each site's average rating and the number of reviews it has received. It helps you compare both at once. For example, a site with a slightly lower rating but many more reviews gives you more reliable information than a site with a high rating from only a few reviews. This is important when deciding how much to trust a site's score.

### Average Rating Over Time by Site

This chart shows the average rating for each site over time, side by side. General managers or regional managers can use it to spot if a site is getting better or worse during the season. If one site starts to stand out, you can catch it early and look for reasons, like a facilities issue, staffing change, or new attraction. These trends often appear here before you notice them elsewhere.
