### Overview

This page analyzes the words guests use in their reviews and sorts them into topics like cleanliness, value, staff, and entertainment. This way, you can see what guests are talking about, not just the star ratings they give.

### Most Talked-About Positive Topic

This card automatically highlights the topic that appears most often in five-star reviews. Marketing teams can use this directly, since it shows in guests’ own words what to feature in website copy, social posts, or ads. It’s based on what guests are actually praising, not just what you think they want.

### Most Talked-About Negative Topic

This card automatically highlights the topic that appears most often in one-star reviews. It’s the quickest way to see where to focus improvement efforts first, since whatever this shows is what unhappy guests mention most.

### Topic Word Breakdown

This pivot table goes deeper into each topic by showing the specific words guests used, how often each word appears, and the average rating for those reviews. This adds detail that the topic-level view misses. For example, under the "staff" topic, seeing "friendly" much more often than "rude" tells a different story than just looking at the topic score.

### Average Rating To Date by Topic

This chart tracks the average rating of reviews that mention each topic over time. It helps you spot when a topic’s sentiment is dropping before it affects the overall rating. For example, if reviews about staffing start trending down after a season of turnover, it’s a clear sign to refresh training before it becomes a bigger issue.

### Topic Performance by Site

This pivot table shows how many reviews mention each topic and the average rating for those reviews, broken down by site. For example, a site manager can see if reviews about cleanliness at one location are lower than at others. This gives a more focused signal than just looking at overall ratings and helps identify which team to address.
