### Average Rating Year-to-Date

This card shows the average guest rating so far this season compared to the same point last season, along with the current rating. It is designed for quick leadership check-ins. In a monthly review, you can see at a glance if guest satisfaction is going up or down year over year, without searching through the trend chart.

### Review Volume Year-to-Date

This card compares how many reviews you have collected so far this season to the same point last season. It helps you see if your efforts to get more guest reviews, like emails, signs in the park, or staff reminders, are working. If the number goes up even when visitor counts stay the same, your requests are likely effective.

### Number of Reviews and Average Rating Over Time

This chart shows how many guest reviews you get each month alongside the average star rating for that period. It also includes a running average to smooth out any big swings, so one unusually good or bad week does not skew the overall picture. Check this chart first when something changes, like a new attraction, staffing update, or price increase. You can quickly see if guests are leaving more or fewer reviews and if their feedback is getting better or worse. Both marketing teams looking for a buzz after a campaign and operations leads concerned about quality during busy times should start here.
