# Employee Reviews

### Overview

This page links guest reviews to the staff members mentioned by name. It includes a searchable review feed and a leaderboard showing which employees are mentioned most often.

### Review Detail Table

This table shows each guest review, including the review text, date, rating, and reviewer's name. You can use the search box to filter reviews by any word or name. For example, a manager can search for an employee's name to find all reviews that mention them, whether for recognition or to address a specific concern.

### Employee Mention Leaderboard

For each staff member, this table shows how many five-star reviews mention them by name. It also calculates their average rating from all reviews that mention them, by scanning the review text automatically. This helps with recognition programs by highlighting the most-mentioned employees each month for a shoutout. It can also flag staff members whose names appear often in lower-rated reviews, so managers know when to offer coaching.
